Whys does my 4K HDR Apple TV freeze or slow down when streaming sports events (Interntel over 100kbps)? I have done multiple restarts but still happens all the time - very annoying!

Interntel over 100kbps

100 kbps is not enough for video streaming. You’ll need bandwidth in the range of at least 15–25 Mbps.

That is not the 4K model. That is not the current version system software. Update your Apple TV - Apple Support
