Clearing the Recents list in Finder

Is there any way to clear the Recents list in Finder? It goes all the way back to when I purchased my first Apple device!

Go > Recent Folders > Clear Menu only clears the Recents lists in Go > Recents Folders and Apple Menu > Recent Items.

No, there isn’t a way to do that.

Just don’t use that Smart Folder.

If you want that capability, but with other criteria, create your own Smart Folder.
