What exactly do you mean that the SIM card “is not connecting” in our iPhone?

Is it a different size? OR You are not getting service to your iPhone with that SIM card?

Which error message do you see on your screen with your SIM card installed in your iPhone?

Which iPhone do you have and which iOS version is running on it?
