How can I get my debit card??

What happened when you followed the instructions in the link you referenced? Request and activate a titanium Apple Card

1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
2. Tap the more button .
3. Tap the participant's name.
4. Scroll down to Physical Card and tap Request.
5. Follow the instructions on your screen.

1. go to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
2. Go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings (this does not delete data but it does delete personal settings.

4. Sign out of your Apple ID and back in (Settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>sign out>restart device>sign in)

Apple does not offer a debit card. Are you talking about obtaining an Apple Card credit card?
