How can I fix "No Camera Available" issue

My camera has always work fine but just from yesterday onward, I can no longer use the camera. All Apps cannot access camera.

I open "About this Mac", the system info. report shown "No video capture devices were found"

I already update Mac OS to latest version Mac OS Monterey v. 12.2 but it's still doesn't work.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

My Mac is Mac Book Pro Touch Bar 13 inches year 2016 with Apple T1 security chip.
