Under the iCloud Manage Storage, what is contained under the category “Family” and how do you access it to know what is included so you can delete elements ?

Under Family you are seeing the cloud storage used by the other family members in your family group, if you are using Family sharing. You can only delete your own items from iCloud. You have to talk to your family members and make them free storage, if they have been inconsiderate and are using too much storage.
