I want to share my location but it’s locked on my settings and find my iPhone so it doesn’t let me stop sharing or share with a new person. What do I do to be able to get access to that setting?

If it’s locked, either remove the configuration profile that has locked it, or disable screen time if that tool has (unfortunately) been enabled, or contact the IT organizing this device if it’s owned and supervised by others.
