I just don't know what to do...
I have deleted ABSOLUTELY everything from my phone except for the photos, there are only 70 of them. I don't understand what is taking up "the other" and why it is taking up all the memory😭😭😭😭 I can't download anything, even more, I can't download updates😭😭😭 I can't delete "the other" through my laptop, what do I do😭😭

If the Other returns at that level then it is a rogue app.

I reset to factory settings, it didn't help
In that case the Other data is genuine. Try to work out which app it is.
