Powerbeats pro won’t charge right side

How do I get a replacement set of mine are less than 1 year old? Or a new case or a new right side earbud? (Or whatever is causing the constant problem)

If you're having trouble charging your Powerbeats Pro, here are some things you can try.


  1. Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case.
  2. Use another power source or a different cable.
  3. Clean the earbuds, then make sure that they're completely dry.
  4. Reset your device."


We can also suggest trying to reset your Powerbeats Pro: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support, then attempting to set them up again: Set up and use your Powerbeats Pro with an iPhone, Mac, or other device - Apple Support.


If the issue persists after that, you can get in contact with Apple Support directly to review your options and next steps: Get Support
