Problem with my speaker

Hello dear apple

I have an Iphone 12 pro and I bought it about 1 year.

today my phone’s ear speaker suddenly was turn off and doesn’t work any more that during speaking I couldn’t hear anything.

I didn’t do anything bad to my phone. Nothing at all. I care about it all the time, but i happend to me.

i heard this issue was happend to some iphone 12 pro like me and apple knows about that.

please help me and tell me what should i do to a problem that it’s not my fault
