Hi there I have I issue with my phone phone 10 xr. And the battery it shows unable to verify this phone has a genuine apple battery

That can happen occasionally, and just needs to be reset by Apple’s proprietary equipment.
It can happen is an OEM battery is taken out and put back or with an OEM salvage part. Or somehow when an original battery loses contact with the processor.
