Last week, all iMessages (text messages) that I wrote on my iPhone also showed up on my MacBook Air. This week, that is not happening. I am sure it is a setting (but I did not change my settings), but I cannot figure out how to fix it
check on a few areas;
1- in messages app under its preference select icloud
2- if you want back and forth syncing then on the iPhone go to settings then messages and then text message forwarding and make sure the NAME of you Mac under its SHARING pane is turned on on the iPhone.

You are brilliant! It worked! The only unknown is how it stopped working on its own, without me changing settings! Thank you so much!
