Powerbeats pro humming sound when in ear

So about 20 minutes ago my left earbud just started humming, its just a low, electric sound that comes from it. I don’t know what caused it to do this, I didn’t drop either them or the case, it won’t make any noise and isn’t responding to any of the buttons on the left earbud. It’s only the left one though, the right one functions fine. I turned off my phone, de-synced my earbuds and everything. I just really hope they didn’t break, I only got them for Christmas!
