My phone restarts automatically and gets hot

I'm also getting the same thing; iPhone SE, 15.3.1. Is there also a panic-full in your analytics that mentions "AppleTriStar2"? Someone might have mentioned TriStar chip might have been going out on my phone. My phone is manufactured 2017 though, and yours is probably 2020-2021. If you're still under warranty, you could probably go get it checked at the Apple Store.
