After transfer of data to new iPad, In settings there is a message that “100MB will be required to finish restoring your apps & data.” Otherwise all appears to be working. What to do?

Clear Junk:
Try backing up your iPad, and then restoring it from the backup. Seems to be junk files that may not have transferred.
