OS 10.15.7 CleanMyMac and Crome crash

I am having problems with CleanMyMac and other programs (like Crome) crashing as well as many, MANY games from the App Store that are no longer supported or crash. This computer is getting old and I need to replace it this year (as soon as the M2 chip comes out) but if I cannot use all or most of my previous purchases, what to do? I would love to play some OS9 games...LOL But I am hoping games form the App Store that are only a year or two old will bot be obsolete so soon.

Mac mini 2018 or later

Without hesitation, the first troubleshooting step that you should take, is to remove CMM using the developers instructions.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

This will include CleanMyMac
