My computer won’t allow me to sign in with my Apple ID because it was originally set up with my husband’s information. Is there a way to change this and take his name off as “owner” of my computer? When I log in, everything shows my name but when I try to log into iCloud, it will only allow his info.

Generally speaking, you should be able to Sign in with your Apple ID under Apple menu () > System Preferences, and then looking for the Apple ID icon in the top right corner. Then, you can sign out and sign in using your own Apple ID. Keep in mind that any content coming from his iCloud or Apple ID account would be removed from the Mac, like any synced photos or contacts.
