I can't tag people on my Instagram image if it is already posted. When I press edit it automatically loads all’s th hashtags , even if I press enter and tap on the face icon , it doesn’t respond , I can only edit hashtags and caption.
I go back to my 300$ android device to do that and the 900$ iphone is brand new , how is that possible!
