Small crack at the bottom side

Hi,

I received a refurbished iPad yesterday and I notice that there is a kind of crack at the bottom side. Is that acceptable? I am asking this because I read that the outer shell is changed before selling the refurbished product.

Thank you!

Your photo shows what appears to be a small cosmetic scuff/blemish in the hard anodised coating of the aluminium casing.

If your iPad is “new” (refurbished or not) - and you have any concerns - you should return to the retailer from whom you obtained the iPad to check their exchange policy.
