Hello. Have a Transcend 2TB Hard Drive. I tried formatting it but it doesn't and shows an error called "Wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed. : (-69825)". I even tried to force format the Hard Drive using the terminal but it said unmounting process failed.Is this an error with the OS? someone PLEASE help me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Was there Transcend software installed on the disk? Some manufacturer software can prevent erasing.
I would first go the Transcend's support site to see if you need special software to erase the disk.
Next would be to connect to a PC and format the in FAT32 or some other format. Then connect to Mac and erase it to put the format you want.
