Why won’t one of my Beats Studio Buds connect

one of my Beats Studio Buds won’t connect. I know they both work because it switches every time I try and reset. Why won’t one of my Beats Studio buds connect?

Next, let's see if they need to be updated. If you pair them with an iOS device, they will update automatically. Just make sure you're running the latest iOS or iPadOS software. If you pair them with an Android device, you can download the Beats app for Android to update them. Learn more here: Update your Beats wireless headphones or earphones.


If an update isn't needed, or if updating doesn't help, pair them with another device to see if you notice the same behavior.
