Junk filter applied before filtering rules

Hi,

I've got a set of rules to filter mailing lists to specific folders. However, Mail always considers these messages as Junk and moves all the messages to the Junk folder before applying the rules.

I have unchecked the "filter junk mail" in the preferences, so I'm really annoyed by this behaviour.

Any hints?

There is both server side filters and client side filter... this may depend on who(?) is providing your mail...
