Hotspot compatibility

I cannot connect hotspot from my 13 pro max into Lenovo thinkpad laptop.But I can connect my thinkpad to hotspot from any android phone

It depends on the SIM that you have on iPhone 13 Pro Max

The Hotspot is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
