Since updating to iOS 15.3, my car won't stay connected; bluetooth keeps connecting and disconnecting
I've never had this issue before this update - but now, my phone keeps disconnecting from bluetooth in the car, and then back on again (every 30s cycle or so); I have an Audi 2012 - so this is bluetooth only - not CarPlay.... although my phone also is having issues with this iOS version on CarPlay in a 2022 Edge.
I have:
- rebooted the phone
- turned off the bluetooth on the phone and restarted
- removed the car from the list of remembered devices and re-connected from scratch
- turned off my iWatch completely (as this was in some discussions as a potential fix); this did not fix the disconnect behaviour
I have repeated the above steps in multiple sequences, to no avail.
Any other suggestions from anyone?
All I can ask of Apple is to please fix bluetooth issues in the next dot-release asap.
