Cannot Send Mail to a particular address from iPhone

I received the following error message


I will clarify that the email address I am trying to send to belongs to my wife (yes, the address is correct). I checked my settings AND her settings to make sure that they are correct. I can send email to other addresses without a problem. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help out.

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to send mail to one of your recipients and receive a message that the server rejected it. We're here to help!


Go through the steps in the article below for help with not being able to send to that recipent.

If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


It looks like there may be a problem with one of your mail settings that should be fixed by the steps in that article.
