iPhone airdrop not finding my MacBook

My MacBook pro isn't coming up as an option for AirDrop from my iPhone 13. They are right next to each other, both have contacts turned on to everyone, my MacBook knows my phone and has it listed in my devices... it used to work occasionally, but hasn't recognized it in a week or two... any thoughts??
