Lossless Apple Music in trial on PC

I started a trial Apple Music subscription using my Windows PC which I didn't realize I could do (thank you Jeff_W.) BUT there is no "Settings" section in the menu. Everything I've read states there is no app for PCs or even for my "smart" TV (SONY Bravia) which means there's no lossless. So is the music I'm listening to not Lossless? How can I check? (Other than comparing to my CDs). I have great speakers and before I commit to Apple Music I want to make sure the new music I want to listen to is lossless, otherwise I'll continue to buy CDs. Thanks to all for any help.
