Hi,
Is it possible to make a Reminder that repeats every weekend, but it will only notify you during the Summer months?
I have some weekly repeating Summer & Winter tasks, but I don't need to be reminded every weekend, only during certain seasons.

The reminder calendar works by dates, not by seasons. You can provide feedback to Apple to let them know you would like to see something like that by going here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
You can also take a look in the App Store at other reminder apps to see if any of them provide you with those types of options.

Some of the difficulty is how a calendar is going to identify the seasons. There are two beginnings and endings to summer, the meteorological and astronomical. While it may be easier to say from a date to a date, which is what you can do now. It is just, as you said, a nuisance. But unfortunately, it may not be something that can be done.

Nevermind. You have to manually make the Reminder every year.
You will have to manually put an end date on the reminder cycle and reinstate them the following summer.

Thank you. I've downloaded & also paid for several apps, but none of them do this. I've done Google searches finding people with the exact same issue. I've not found a solution yet.
Yes, you would have to do it annually. It is setting by date as indicated before.
