vertical zoom in Final Cut Pro X timeline?
I've searched and cannot find any info on how to do this. I need to do some editing on the audio clips and find it difficult to do without zooming.
Thanks

Also, if in Preferences you check Show reference waveforms -
you'll see a light gray display behind the audio waveform in the timeline that always displays the waveform of the audio stretched vertically to fill the available height.
MtD
⌘ + and = will zoom in and out of the timeline when it’s active. Not quite sure what you mean by a vertical zoom. The timeline can be scrolling vertically with the mouse.
I literally mean zooming in the Y direction as opposed to the X. I have audio with a lot of dynamic range and the lower volume section are hard to edit without the ability to stretch the Y direction.
