Do I have a one year warranty with apple product
All devices, such as iPad/iPhone/Apple Watch/iPod Touch come with a one year warranty from the date they were sold from Apple Inventory. If you bought from Apple or an Apple Authorized seller, that's the date you bought the device. If however, you purchased not from an authorized seller, the warranty could have started before you took possession of the device.
Also, device warranty covers manufacturing defects. User caused damage is not covered by the standard warranty, such as cracked screens, dents, scratches, etc.

Depends. There's a minimum of a one year limited warranty any place that Apple sells new devices. Apple Watch as a two year warranty. There are some countries that have warranty laws that seek to extend the warranty to a statutory period, but many don't have quite the same requirements as the manufacturers warranty. For instance, there's a 5-6 year warranty in parts of the UK, but that's technically backed by the seller. It's complicated in that it's supposed to be defect present during manufacturing, but it's difficult to prove that 4 years later. Also - if a seller isn't Apple, their obligation to repair may not mean an Apple repair.

I saw that when I looked at the UK. I don't own one so I thought it was just off the standard Apple Watch warranty.

You have a 1 year warranty if you purchased the phone NEW from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller. HOWEVER, the warranty is only valid in the country where the phone was purchased.
I knew I forgot to mention something. Thanks for telling the OP the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
Look like it is only for the Apple Watch EDITION (which is more expensive) and not for the regular Apple Watch.
Apple no longer sells the Apple Watch Edition. When they did it was $10,000 and up. The closest is the Hermes, which is $1,500 and up, and has only a 1 year warranty.
