iMac typing 6 randomly

Hi every,

2014 i6Mac running with a wired keyboard

I keep getting a random 6 appearing in the middle of my typing. At other times things just go crazy and it is like the 6 button is being held down and mac continuously beeps until I press the space button.

Also noticed "question mark" is not working. Shift works with other keys and no problems with "/".

Have tried resetting the keyboard back to standard but no luck. Any suggestions
