What does this mean

My wife sent me this picture of our cat watching the tv as my daughter plays lego and i noticed it has a icon at bottom left corner can anybody tell me what it means cause it is not the only picture that has it

See the following from View photos and videos shared with you on iPhone - Apple Support

You can also tap Library, then tap All Photos to see photos and videos shared with you in Messages. These photos and videos have a chat bubble in the bottom-left corner of the thumbnail.

I have other photos sent and taken since the updates one of the photos was sent nov 4th 2021 and i have had other photos sent to me since the and the one of my cat was sent jan 21st 2022 and have had other photos sent to me those are the only two pictures with the chat bubble icone in the bottom left croner

Do they meet the following criteria from the previously mentioned support article?

Automatic Sharing and Photos must be turned on in Settings > Messages > Shared with You, and your friend must be in your Contacts.

Yea i have opened my library and tapped that but i only have two picture with the chat bubble in the bottome left corner does that mean the photo was shared to other people other then me
