Child is able to Turn Off Screen Time

Is there a way to disable the “turn off screen time” feature on my child’s device? I have family sharing screen time set up and there is nothing that prevents my child from turning it off on their device. I already have a passcode for screen time, I’m specifically referring to the “turn off screen time” feature.

if that is the case, than there is something wrong with the feature because it is easily being turned on and off without any screen time passcode being entered. The whole feature seems useless right now. I saw in another discussion where somebody suggested taking the phone away if they kept doing it and truly, that is not an option. There has to be a better solution here.
