Is your appleTV playing House of Gucci with Audio Descriptions that can not be turned off?

Spoke to Apple support and the following fixed the issue with this film.

Apple TV > Settings > Video and Audio > Audio > Audio Format > Change Format will be listed as off, tap that to turn it on. Then another row will appear on screen, tap “New Format” which will change it from Dolby Digital 5.1 to Stereo.

That was the fix Apple engineers gave them, and they are currently working on a more permanent fix for this issue (with this film, It appears there is an issue with the Dolby Digital 5.1 audio source type).

If this happens for one particular title, regardless of Audio Description settings, then contact the iTunes Store staff about possible issues at the source.

What I found to work, specifically for house of Gucci, was turning the “reduce loud sounds” off by selecting “full dynamic range” then turning it back on. I have no idea why it worked for me but it did. Hope this helps.

Mine is being narrated...almost like an audio book...?? Ive asked around to people who have seen the movie and they all said its not supposed to be like that.

Mine did this too! I think it is only this movie, because I purchased another different movie right after this one and it worked fine...
