has my iphone been hacked?

my friend logged into a apple id to download something on my phone and ever since then my phone has been lagging, acting slow and overheating. and ive been getting this weird beeping noise in my headphones. my iphone backed up yesterday randomly at 11:43 pm after it not being backed up for a whole year while i was connected to my wifi. I then get this “Ready for your new iphone” notif when i open my settings. and my phone has been overheating and lagging really badly aswell as my storage fluctuating time to time from about 53 gb to 60gb. Should i be worried and what should i do. Thank u!

Hello,

No, your phone has not been hacked. See these steps:

1) Have your friend log out of their Apple ID from your phone. Do not repeat! It will cause nothing but problems.

2) Log back in with your Apple ID

3) Restart the phone

4) Resume normal back ups with your Apple ID:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Good luck.

Hello,

1) Restart your phone

2) Your Safari symptoms seem to indicate a very slow internet connection. Are you using Wi-Fi? Are you at home? See this: Suggestions for Wi-Fi issues

3) Check your cellular data: View or change cellular data settings on iPhone

4) Check your local storage. You should have at least 10% free space: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

5) Your phone will generally backup to the iCloud once per day if you have a Wi-Fi connection and are charging. If you do not have a regular schedule, this can happen at random times.

Good luck.
