My iPad is charging slowly
iPad Air 4 charging very very slowly ,also the pencil charging slowly
I have the last update,
want to know how to fix this problem?
and is it software or hardware?

Two Things:
A. Try what is on these Links:

B. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: You can report this to Apple. Note that Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what issues are occurred, and what fixes to include in updates to come..
- Go Here: Feedback FaceTime - Apple
- Select: "Feature Request or Enhancement" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far.
- Proceed from there as necessary
