How i customize my login screen to show all profiles

When I start my Macbook (MacOS 12.1), it automatically chooses the admin-account (of two existing accounts/profiles 1 is admin, 1 is "standard") to login with the password field already shown and I have to click the arrow left to it to go "back" to showing both of the profiles. On Startup I want both logins to be shown so I can choose.


In preferences: users & groups I found no obvious option for this.
