Display flickering issue

I have Apple Watch SE and it has display flickering issue . Solution?

A strange and unfamiliar screen on Apple Watch with watchOS 9.2 Hello everyone, I keep Apple Watch on my wrist even during sleeping hours, but last night, for some reason, I woke up and noticed a strange screen (see attached) on Watch that does not appear on the WatchOS 9.x user manual and so I have no idea what it means. I have a spinning circle on screen. How do I get watch to turn on? My watch has the spinning circle. Will not turn on. I recently received message that storage was full so I deleted any appropriate apps.

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. I recently updated to a new iPhone. Don’t know if this is the reason? many ideas?

Try a force restart

How to Hard Reset an Apple Watch

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds.
Release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
