Hello, is there a way to have raw files produced by a Leica D-Lux 7 managed on MacOS High Sierra (10.13)?
Leica suggests to use Adobes DNG converter but it requires at least macOS 10.14, so it doesn't work for me.

Is your Mac maxed out on High Sierra or could it be upgraded to Mojave?

Your options are
an app that runs on High Sierra that will also read the raw from this
some form of conversion,
or a Mac running OS Big Sur or later.
There is no way around it. In the first category it might be worth checking older versions of DxO Photolab or On1 Photo Raw. I would contact those makers before purchasing anything. As you've learned with Adobe, they tend not to keep old versions around the place.
You should look at XnView MP. It's free (donationware), will work with the Leica files, And runs in High Sierra.
Yes, i have an old (but fully working) iMac late 2009 that is maxed out on High Sierra.
