Hotel Wi-Fi Login Pop Up

I can’t get the hotel Wi-Fi pop up to come up when I connect to the hotel Wi-Fi on my MacBook Pro. I have no DNS server numbers. I have removed the network from my computer. I have deleted all cookies. I have restarted. I have just about lost my mind. iPad and phone work perfectly fine on the same network. And it is not a hotel Wi-Fi issue because this happens at multiple hotels. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.

Happens all over the world. It happens to Macs, Windows PCs, Android devices, tablets,...

Open your browser and try to naviaget to a url. Use something like 1.1.1.1 so that DNS is not required. This should force the network's login page to open.
