Can I share the album if I am not the creator of it? Will the recipient receive the album or just a link?

Hi there.

Unfortunately, only the owner/creator of the album can share it to others/remove people from it. You can share all of the photos in it, but if there are a lot of photos, this I don't recommend. Here is a link on more about shared albums in iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202786
