My order just got processed why is it not working???

Further to what babowa correctly suggests, Apple ONLY takes your money when a device is preparing to ship. While the order may not have updated, this is actually a positive sign as you'll likely see a status change to Preparing to Ship soon.

What is not working?

Your estimated arrival is between Feb. 1 - 8. Today is Feb. 2nd.

Yes, of course it is. You'll see the status change from Processing, to Preparing to Ship, then once shipped, Shipped and you'll receive tracking information.
