Further to what babowa correctly suggests, Apple ONLY takes your money when a device is preparing to ship. While the order may not have updated, this is actually a positive sign as you'll likely see a status change to Preparing to Ship soon.
What is not working?
Your estimated arrival is between Feb. 1 - 8. Today is Feb. 2nd.
And, just so you know, "YALL" is not us. We did not take money - we are all other users /volunteers here.
is my order still coming?
Yes, of course it is. You'll see the status change from Processing, to Preparing to Ship, then once shipped, Shipped and you'll receive tracking information.
