cancelled order for no reason

Amazing laptop, but extreme disappointing on-line shopping experience.

My order for 14'' Macbook Pro was cancelled for no reason, after placing a new order, the delivery date was pushed for one more week.

Their system and the team who is in charge of on-line order have problems.

It was totally their fault and I have to live with the consequences? someone needs to be hold responsible for this wrongly cancelled order and a week of my time.

If Apple can not meet the deadline they cancel.

I'm not trying to have this solved here, just looking to see if anyone has the same issue. And not asking anyone to be perfect. Not sure why and whom you are defending.

I would totally understand if they tells me the shipment needs to be pushed or delayed due to shortage, but cancelled order with random excuse is not acceptable.
