Screen is stuck

I was recovering my iphone and now screen is stuck on iphone unavailable try again in 15 minutes.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

The device is disabled. You need to follow the steps in this support document. If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
