Tapping for Volume:
You can tap the AirPod 2 to activate and use Siri to control the volume - but not on the AirPod itself. See your options here: AirPods Controls - Apple Support
Thank you, this is great for when I’m connected to my iPhone, but I’m struggling when I’m connected to my laptop and using the Microsoft Teams app. For some reason, the laptop volume controls don’t work on my connected AirPods.
