Text messages

Messages is suddenly not allowing me to enter a single contact. Instead, it is defaulting to previous group convos. How to fix?

Spinning Wheel After Contacts Name in Messages App I have a problem where when I want to send a text message or iMessage and I start to type in a contacts name; the auto-populate shows me the name, I click the persons name, but then a little spinning circle appears next to the persons name and I can’t send the message. furthermore, if I do this when composing a group message, the contacts with the spinning circle are removed from the message and only some of the contacts I selected are actually in the to field of the message. It is going to show you previous message groups, however you should be able to get away from that if you type in the entire name. It should give you a list of anything that name would have appeared in, which should include the individual name as one.
