Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My AirPod’s gen 3 are not usable for phone conversation. It also gets disconnected when I open case or put on during a call

Airpod Gen3 sound quality is very poor for a phone call. Also it drops phone connection if I try to put it on mid-conversation

Three Things:

A. Start with a Reset:

Go Here: Reset your AirPods - Apple Support


B. Restart your Device:

Restart the device you have these connected to. Try this once more.


Still no Success?

C. Get these Serviced: AirPods Replacement, Service, and Repair - Apple Support
