HomePod keeps saying it can't find its location, but it's connected to WiFi and my Apple devices, all of which have Location Services turned ON. When I ask about the time or weather, why does it say it can't find my location?

Make sure also location services are on for the HomePod.
Also you need Share my Location enabled on your iOS device in Find My:
If this was on toggle it off, restart your device then toggle back on. Wait a moment then try again
