hello i was wondering if there’s a possibility for you guys to empty my apple id balance since i wanna change the region to it. i read a few articles that i had to contact apple so here i am:) hope you guys will empty everything i have in there
Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple employees, and can't empty it.
