Contact the keyboard manufacturer for support, first check to see if it is compatible with the version of Mac OS installed on your computer. Please remember a 7.1 iMac is almost 15 years old, trying to use newer technology (your new keyboard) with older technology (your iMac) should be carefully researched prior to purchase to ensure compatibility.
